Sport, as ever, is thriving at St Peters! We have active and successful teams in a variety of disciplines; from rowing and rugby to netball and darts. Gifts from our friends and Old Members have helped enormously in keeping sports at St Peter’s running, however further funding is urgently required if our strong sporting reputation is to be maintained.
“The college’s boat club truly depends on the kind donations of its former members. In the past few years two particularly generous donations have paid for a launch (allowing crews to benefit from side-by-side coaching on the long stretch at Radley) and a new set of men’s blades. We’re a college that lags far behind most others by way of equipment, so these contributions give us a much better chance of being able to compete on a level footing, even if we still have some way to go.”
