Philosophy Politics & Economics (PPE)
The Oxford PPE course has a long-established international reputation and is supported by more than 200 teachers and scholars across the University. It has a very flexible structure, allowing students to study all three branches throughout their degree or to specialise in two of them after the first year. There is a extensive choice of options, ranging from papers in sociology and international relations to Post-Kantian philosophy and economics in developing countries. For further details about the course see www.philosophy.ox.ac.uk, www.politics.ox.ac.uk and www.economics.ox.ac.uk .
Teaching at St Peter’s
St. Peter's takes eight to ten students per year in PPE. The College has Fellows and Lecturers in each of the three subjects. Every year a similar number of students from the USA spend their Junior Year Abroad studying PPE as Visiting Students at St Peter’s, adding to the international flavour of the course.
Enquiries about the Visiting Student programme for students from EU and overseas universities should be addressed to the Tutor for Admissions, email: admissions@spc.ox.ac.uk. See also www.admissions.ox.ac.uk/int/visiting/
